Each Kimberley Anne design begins in our Australian studio, where every piece is first sketched, pattern drafted, and thoughtfully developed with an emphasis on timeless silhouette, natural quality fabrics and refined detail. Our prints are created in collaboration with local Australian artists, bringing a sense of artistry and individuality to every collection.
Once perfected, your garment is crafted by our trusted family-owned atelier in Hong Kong, China, and a specialist studio in Vietnam - partnerships built on respect, transparency, and shared values. Our garments are exceptionally detailed which is why we have built this long-term partnership with select high-end makers in China and Vietnam (who have one of the most advanced technical sewing skills in the world), chosen for their exceptional quality of craftsmanship, deep technical sewing expertise, and commitment to an ethical and responsible, sustainable working environment.
The intricate construction of our pieces requires specialist skill and refined production. This trusted partnership allows us to create small, limited runs - ensuring every Kimberley Anne garment remains considered, intentional, and true to our slow fashion values.
We personally visit our sewing workrooms and have a close relationship, working closely with their team in a safe, clean and respectful environment, with fair wages, reasonable hours and a shared ethos of integrity and sustainability.

Returns Policy
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced purchases within 10 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible:
the item must be unworn, unmarked, and unwashed
all original labels must still be attached
the item must be returned in its original packaging
garments that have been worn, altered, damaged, marked, or washed cannot be accepted
Final sale items noted as such at checkout or on the product page are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How to Request a Return
To initiate your return or exchange:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return
Our team will issue you a Return Authorisation Number and the next steps
Please note that returns will not be accepted without an authorised return number.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Exchanges will be processed for the replacement item of equal price
Please allow a few business days for your refund or exchange to be processed after we receive the returned garment.
Returns Shipping
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise communicated. For items that are faulty or incorrectly sent, we will provide instructions to assist in arranging return shipping.
